Principles of Sustainable Market Farming

Here is the JCCC class taking a field trip to our farm.  Principles of Sustainable Market Farming is a class taught by Stuart Shafer who is the Chair of the Sustainable Agriculture program at JCCC. Professor Shafer told me he wanted to let his students “see a living example of what they are learning to do in our program.”
