Catherine is amazing.  She has worked on small farms in Washington State, driven trucks to farmers’ markets in New York, and worked on farms in North Carolina.  But she really wanted to be a farm manager not just a hand.   She hails from Ft.

We had a very successful hoop house raising today thanks to staff from HilarysEatWell.  The wind window was only 3 to 6 mph which is very rare on our farm. If Hilary’s hadn’t sent enough people to help today, we would have had to wait at least another two weeks

As I lay snuggled in bed early this morning, I could hear the crack of thunder and the gentle raindrops hitting the windows. I said, “Thank you!” to the great and wonderful universe for sending it. It has been very hot and dry for the
